Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
All items purchased on line through E & A Shopping Centre are returnable except for clothing products. Exchange item applicable. (Please refer Exchange Policy). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
This policy is only applicable for clothing product.

Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. We will inspect items before posting out. And postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects; |

a. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase |

|

b. Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams |

|
c. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. Washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered. |
|
|
|
d. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase) |

|
|
e. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good; |
|
|
|
f. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange. |

All requests for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 14 days from date of delivery. If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded a credit of the item on our website and this credit may be used in your next order with us. We do allow exchanges to a new piece of item with same price. If the new piece price less than original price, balance will not refunded but if the price higher than original price, you need to pay the balance. |

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us immediately. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You may, however, refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund, less any return shipping charges, will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our location.
No Refunds will be credited without prior notification
Non-Deliverable/Unclaimed
If a product is returned to us because the package was non-deliverable or unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable
